Receta Spam Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. oil divided
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cubed
- 1/4 c. finely-minced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil. Add in Large eggs. Cook, stirring, to desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, heat remaining 1 Tbsp. of oil. Cook Spam, mushrooms and onion 4 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. Stir in rice and egg. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Heat thoroughly.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
