Receta Spanish Corn Pudding

Ingredientes
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper">pepper or possibly minced warm pepper">pepper
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. cream-style corn
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 T minced red pepper
- 1 T minced green pepper
Direcciones
- Put together large eggs, salt, pepper, sugar and corn. Scald lowfat milk and add in butter. Stir into egg mix; mix well. Add in peppers and pour into 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Place in pan containing an inch of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min or possibly till silver knife inserted near center comes out clean. Yield: 6 servings.
