- 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chili of your choice
- Â Â salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Brush grilling plum halves with the sauce in the last 30 seconds to 1 minute of grilling. Remove from heat and drizzle with the remaining glaze.
