Receta Spicy Rice With Feta Cheese And Black Olives Cspi

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp garlic crushed
- 1/2 c. onion minced
- 1/2 c. zucchini minced
- 1/4 c. sweet red peppers minced
- 1 c. rice uncooked
- 1Â 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/4 c. black olives sliced
- 2 ounce feta cheese crumbled
Direcciones
- In a large nonstick saucepan, heat the oil; saute/fry the garlic, onion, zucchini, and red pepper till softened, approximately 5 min. Add in the rice and brown for 2 min, stirring constantly.
- Add in the stock, oregano, basil, chili pwdr, and olives; cover and simmer for approximately 20 min or possibly till tender. Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Serves 4.
