Receta Spiked Watermelon Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x watermelon - (abt 8 lbs) peeled, and
- Â Â cut into 1" pcs - (abt 16 c.)
- 1 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vodka
- 6 Tbsp. creme de cassis
- 1/4 c. minced fresh mint
Direcciones
- Place watermelon in large bowl. Whisk fresh lemon juice and sugar in medium bowl till sugar dissolves. Whisk in vodka and creme de cassis. Season mix to taste with salt. Pour mix over watermelon. Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour and up to 2 hrs. Sprinkle with minced fresh mint and serve.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
- Comments: Use red or possibly yellow watermelon (or possibly both) for this summery dessert, and pair it with the best store-bought brownies you can find.
