Receta Spinach And Mushrooms With Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
- 8 ounce Bow-tie pasta, uncooked
- 4 c. Fresh spinach, torn
- 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Combine mushrooms and lemon juice. stirring to coat. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add in garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 min. Add in mushroom mix and cook. stirring constantly, 5 min. Add in cream; bring to a boil. Stir in salt and pepper; remove from heat. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding spinach during last minute of cooking time. Drain and toss gently with mushroom mix.
- Let sit a few min to absorb the cream if necessary. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
- Yield: 2 main-dish servings or possibly 4side dish servings.
