Receta Starbuck's Low Fat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 3 c. unbleached flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. applesauce or possibly pureed pear
- Â Â (or possibly 1/3 c. melted margarine)
- 2 x egg whites
- 1Â 1/2 c. blueberries
- Â Â Vegetable oil spray
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend dry ingredients and set aside.
- Combine lowfat milk, apple or possibly pear, egg whites; blend well. Add in to the dry ingredients and mix with a fork till just blended. Gently mix in blueberries. Spoon batter into muffin tins lightly sprayed with vegetable oil. Bake till golden.
- This recipe yields 12 muffins.
