Receta Steak In Tomato Sauce (Costata Alla Pizzaiola)

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Delmonico or possibly shell steak
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 3/4 c. Tomatoes, peeled, minced
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- Â Â Salt/pepper
Direcciones
- Trim any visible fat from steak.
- Cook garlic, butter, tomatoes, and oregano over medium heat fir 10 min.
- Remove from pan but keep hot. Add in extra virgin olive oil and steak to pan. brown steak over high heat for 3 min on each side. Return tomato mix to pan with steak. Cook over low heat for 5-10 min till steak is cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
