Receta Steak Sandwich Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 med. onions
- Butter
- Sandwich steaks
- 1 c. water
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 T Worcestershire
- 1 T oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Cook onions in butter till golden brown. Remove from pan. Brown the steak sandwich meat, adding butter or possibly oil if necessary. Remove meat from pan. Add in one cup water to the pan and make a brown broth. To this, add in tomato sauce, Worcestershire, oregano, garlic pwdr, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for five min. Add in meat and onions and continue cooking till sauce is thick, about one-half hour.
