Ingredientes
- 2 lb Potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. Ghee
- 1 med Whitre onion, finely minced
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd coriander

- I have some recipes from the Yogi CookBook - this book is so old, the pages are coming undone, I think it was printed in the mid 50's. They do not sound Indian, but they are:Wash, peel, and quarter the potatoes, and then set aside. Heat the ghee in a pan, and add in an onion to it. Stir till the onion goes limp, then add in the turmeric, cayenne, and salt. Mix well, and add in the potatoes. Stir till they are well coated, then cover, and cook over a very low heat. After 10 min, add in the coriander. Cover again, and cook till tender. shake from time to time to prevent them sticking to the pan.
