Receta Stove Top Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1 x 7 ounce. box elbow macaroni
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pch Pepper
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Â Â Paprika -- optional
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook till bubbly. Gradually add in lowfat milk; cook and stir till thickened. Stir in cheese till melted. Drain macaroni; add in to cheese sauce and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle with paprika, if you like.
