Receta Strawberry Ice Cream ( Gelato Di Fragole)

Ingredientes
- 250 gm ripe strawberries
- 1 x juice of 1/2 orange
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 60 gm icing sugar
- 200 ml whipping cream
- Â Â few strawberries halved to decorate
Direcciones
- Puree the strawberries in an electric blender or possibly rub through a sieve then strain.
- Stir in the orange and lemon juices and sweeten to taste with icing sugar.
- Whip the cream till thick but not stiff.
- Gently mix in the strawberry mix.
- Turn into a freezerproof container cover and freeze till hard.
- Transfer to the refrigerator 1 hour before serving to soften.
- Spoon into individual glass dishes and decorate with strawberries to serve.
- Serves 2
