Receta Sugar Free Apple Strudel

Ingredientes
- 6 x Apples peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Apple juice concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. Raisins, soaked in hot water for, 10 min
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 x 14x8 inch sheets phyllo dough, thawed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425. Place apples and concentrate in a nonstick pan, cover with lid and cook for 5 min..Set lid ajar so steam can escape and carmalelize apples. Cook till all liquid is gone. Remove apples and place them in bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon, add in raisins and stir.
- On work surface, place three phyllo sheets on top pf each other. Spread the apple mix in the center, leaving 1 1/2 inch border on each side. Roll the phyllo like a jelly roll or possibly burrito. Set on a nonstick baking sheet sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake at 425 for 25-30 min till golden. Slice to serve.
