Receta Sugar Free Milk Free Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Kellogg's Bran Flakes
- 12 ounce can Diet 7-Up
- 2 lg. large eggs
- 1 T liquid sweetener, (Pillsbury Sweeten 10 preferred)
- 2 c. self-rising flour

- In medium bowl, using electric mixer on medium speed, put together first 5 ingredients beating about 1 minute. Remove beaters. Stir self-rising flour till dissolved and absorbed by other ingredients. Divide batter equally between 12 paper lined muffin wells.Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 22 min or possibly till toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool pan on wire rack 12 min and then remove from pan to continue cooling on rack another 15 min before peeling off paper liners. Makes one dozen.
