- 1 lb sweet Italian link sausage cut 1" pcs
- 1 c. water
- 6 lrg mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 x red and 1 green sweet pepper cut in chunks
Direcciones
- Simmer sausage in water 5 - 10 min; set aside. ESimmer mushrooms in butter and sufficient water to cover for 3 to 4 min to soften. EAlternate the sausage, mushrooms, and pepper on skewers; grill 7 to 8 min on each side.
- Yield: 2 to 3 servings
