- 1. Heat oven to 350F.
- 2. Grease 13 x 9 x 3 pan, and set aside. Grate peel and squeeze juice from oranges. Add in sufficient water to orange juice to measure 1 c..
- 3. Beat cake mix (dry), 1 Tbsp. orange peel, oil, Large eggs, and juice in large bowl for 30 seconds on low speed, then on medium speed for 2 min. Pour into pan.
- 4. Bake 30-35 min or possibly till cake springs back when lightly touched.
- Cold. Serve with cold whip, whipped cream and if you like, sprinkle with remaining orange rind.
