Receta Super Easy Macaroni Salad
This is one of my kids' favorite dishes. It is super easy to make and quick. I often take it for pot lucks at church and it has become a favorite there too.
Ingredientes
- 1 16 oz. pkg of Small Elbow Macaroni
- 1 cup of cubed cooked ham (or more if desired)
- 1 cup of cubed sharp cheddar cheese (or more if you desire)
- 1 cup of Mayonaise with Lime (more/less to your liking)
- Salt & Pepper
- (you can substitite the cubed ham for regular luncheon ham sliced into small strips)
Direcciones
- 1) cook macaroni per package instructions
- 2) once drained add the mayonaise, cubed ham & cheese
- 3) add salt & pepper to your liking
