Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. self rising flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. blueberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat butter in 1 1/2 qt baking dish. In mixing bowl mix sugar, flour and lowfat milk. Pour over melted butter. Mix sugar, berries and water; spoon evenly over flour mix; don't stir. Bake 40 to 45 min at 350 degrees. Makes 4 to 6 servings. May substitute other fruit.
