Ingredients: 1 c. Shortening; 1 1/4 c. Sugar; 1 x Egg, beaten; 2 c. Mashed sweet potatoes; 2 c. Sifted flour; 4 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Cloves; 1/2 tsp Nutmeg; 1/2 c. Raisins

Ingredientes

1 c. Shortening
1Â 1/4 c. Sugar
1 x Egg, beaten
2 c. Mashed sweet potatoes
2 c. Sifted flour
4 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 c. Raisins

Direcciones

Cream shortening and sugar,add in egg, sweet potatoes, dry ingredients and raisins. Drop from spoon onto lightly greased (or possibly sprayed) cookie sheet for 15 min. Bake at 375.
