Ingredientes
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Sweet potatoes, cooked, mashed
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Flour, whole wheat
- 1/4 tsp Allspice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Walnuts, minced
- 1/2 c. Unprocessed bran flakes
- Non stick veg cooking spray
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 . Soak raisins in warm water to cover 5 min; drain.
- Cream butter, then add in sweet potato, egg, & vanilla; beat until creamy. Mix flour, allspice, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, baking pwdr and cinnamon. Add in to creamed mix and mix well. Add in raisins, nuts and bran flakes. Drop onto cookie sheet sprayed w/ veg cooking spray. Bake 12 minutes or possibly till done.
