Receta Sweet Potatoes With Oatmeal Topping

Ingredientes
- 3 lrg Sweet potatos
- 1/3 stk butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. Pineapple-orange marmalade
- 2 tsp Finely grated fresh gingerroot
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Rolled oats
- 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Butter
Direcciones
- Prick potatoes and microwave on high till soft. Scoop flesh into large bowl and mash with butter, sugar, juice, marmalade, gingerroot and salt.
- Spread mix proportionately in 2-quart. baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Using pastry cutter, combine topping ingredients till mix resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle topping over potato mix and bake in middle of oven till topping is lightly browned, about 25 min.
