Receta Sweetish Swedish Meatballs

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 large eggs
- 4 T mustard
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 6 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T oregano
- 2 T dry onion
- 2 T garlic pwdr
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1 lg. garlic clove, chopped
- 2 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 (12 ounce) jar Damson plum preserves
Direcciones
- In a bowl, mix the grnd beef, large eggs, 2 T of the mustard, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, dry onion and garlic pwdr. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls (we use an ice cream scoop) and arrange balls in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min or possibly till browned.While they're baking, put together remaining ingredients in pot. Drain meatballs and add in to pot. Cover and simmer till hot--about 20 min, stirring occasionally, and serve over rice, noodles or possibly pilaf.
