Receta Swiss Chalet Chicken Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Tomato juice
- 1 cube Chicken boullion
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Basil, dry
- 1/4 tsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Chicken seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 dsh Tabasco
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- In sauce pan add in everythiong up to and incuding Tabasco sauce.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min.
- Remove bay leaf and add in lemon juice.
- Mix cornstarch and water.
- Add in to mix and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 min till sauce thickens.
- Whisk in oil.
