Receta Tandoori Chicken Kebabs
I love tandoori chicken from the takeaway,but these are the next best thing!
Ingredientes
- 150ml low fat natural yoghurt
- 3 tbsp tandoori curry paste
- 4 chicken breasts,cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 green pepper,chopped
- 1 red pepper,chopped
- 1 onion,chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
Direcciones
- Mix the yoghurt,tandoori paste and lemon juice together.Add the chicken and coat well,cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for as long as u want to,the longer the better!
- Thread the chicken onto skewers alteranately with peppers and onions.
- Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the peppers and onions for about 10 minutes or until soft.
- Preheat the grill,then grill the kebabs for about 20 mins,turning once.So thats about 10 mins on each side.
- Serve straight away.
- I like to serve mine with pitta breads,salad and sour cream.
