Ingredientes
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. oatmeal
Direcciones
- Cream together peanut butter, butter, white sugar, brown sugar and Large eggs. Add in 1 c. flour, baking soda and baking pwdr; mix well. Fold in coconut, chocolate chips (for variety you can add in 1 c. M&M'S®), raisins, nuts and oatmeal. Drop by spoonsful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min. Makes about 40 cookies.
