Receta Tendercrisp Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. butter, lard or possibly shortening
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 4 Large eggs, beaten well
- 2 or possibly 3 tbsp. warm water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. nuts (optional)
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 4 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
Direcciones
- 1. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Set aside.
- 2. Cream butter (or possibly butter) and add in sugar gradually till fluffy.
- 3. Fold in Large eggs, warm water and vanilla.
- 4. Blend in dry ingredients: flour, rolled oats, fruits and nuts, chips, etc.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
- Makes a large recipe - needs heavy duty mixer or possibly by hand.
