Receta Tex-Mex Cheesy Corn Pudding for a Large Group
Nice side dish for a bbq or potluck.
Ingredientes
- 18 large eggs, beaten
- 6 cups cream style corn
- 2 bunches scallions, chopped, white and some green tops
- 1 onion, minced
- 6 cups sour cream
- 3 lbs. pepper Jack cheese, shredded, divided
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) canned, diced green chiles
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbs. oil
- garnish: paprika
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute scallions and onions in oil, add garlic last minute or so.
- Combine all ingredient in a mixing bowl, saving one cup of cheese.
- Pour into two 9x13 pans.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Begin checking for doneness.
- When cooked, top with rest of cheese and paprika.
