Ingredientes
- 8 ounce elbow macaroni cooked, liquid removed
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 x minced onion
- 1 pkt McCormick taco seasoning - (1.25 ounce)
- 1 c. water
- 1 can tomato sauce - (15 ounce)
- 1 can green chiles - (4 ounce)
- 1 c. frzn whole kernel corn
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, brown beef and onion over medium-high heat; drain.
- Add in seasoning mix, water, and tomato sauce. Bring to boil and simmer 10 min. Stir in cooked macaroni, chiles, and corn.
- Pour mix into a greased 13- by 9-inch baking dish; top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degree for 30 to 35 min or possibly till heated through.
