Receta Thai Chicken Satay

Ingredientes
- 1 pound boneless chicken in bite size pcs
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 c. coconut lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
Direcciones
- Add in to a heated skillet: curry pwdr, ginger, garlic and cumin. Cook over medium heat till curry is slightly browned (1 minute). Add in this mix to coconut lowfat milk in a bowl. Add in lemon peel. Add in chili pwdr. Add in chicken marinate for 30 min. Put chicken pcs on skewers, you can also skewer onion pcs, pepper, bamboo shoots, mushroom slices. Grill over warm coals about 4 min. Serve with Peanut Sauce for dipping.
