Receta Thanksgiving Feast Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. butter (or possibly butter), softened
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 pound can pumpkin
- 2/3 c. water
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 c. minced walnuts (optional)
- 2/3 c. minced dates
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and butter till fluffy. Stir in Large eggs, pumpkin and water. Sift together dry ingredients. Gradually stir into pumpkin mix. Add in nuts and dates. Blend well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs - check sooner if springs back - it's done.
