- 6 med Potatoes, cooked, diced
- 1 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1 x Onion, finely minced
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Prepared mustard
- 3 x Hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
- 1/2 tsp Celery seed
- 1/2 c. Celery, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Sweet pickle relish
- Â Â Seasoned salt, to taste
- Â Â Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Marinate potatoes in Italian dressing in refrigerator for several hrs.
- Combine with other ingredients and refrigeratetill serving time. May garnish with hard-cooked Large eggs, cherry tomatoes, or possibly green pepper rings.
