Receta The Impossible Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs ( egg beaters can be substituted )
- 1 can ( 4 ounce ) shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in blender except coconut and blend on high for 15 seconds or possibly 1 minute with hand mixer.
- Grease with butter a 10 inch by 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Add in coconut to mix and pour into pie pan. place into a preheated 400 degrees oven. bake for 30 to 35 min or possibly till a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cold 5 min and serve.I have several variations of this recipe including green bean, green chili, lemon, apple, salmon, pumpkin and lasagna.
