- Cover Large eggs w cool water in saucepan. Bring to boil. Cover. Remove from heat and let stand 25 min. To prevent dark rings on yolks, plunge immediately into very cool water and let stand till cold; peel.
- Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks till smooth.
- Combine yolks w dressing, pepper and mustard.
- Spoon filling back into whites. Garnish w paprika.
