Ingredientes
- 1 med cantaloupe melon
- 1 med honeydew melon
- 1 med Charentais or possibly Cavaillon melon see * Note
- 1 lb prosciutto di Parma sliced paper thin
- 4 x black or possibly green figs
- 2 x limes
Direcciones
- * Note: Charantais is a yellow-fleshed French cousin of the cantaloupe.
- Cut each melon in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds with a wooden spoon, taking care not to bruise the flesh. Cut each half lengthwise into six slices. Using a sharp knife, remove the peel. Slice figs crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices. Cut limes into wedges.
- Arrange melon slices on a large platter, and cover with prosciutto. Garnish with figs and lime wedges.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
