Ingredientes
- 1 c. Soft silken tofu, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
- 2Â 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Rice syrup
Direcciones
- Drain tofu for 15 to 29 min and squeeze out any excess water.
- Blend all ingredients untilsmooth and creamy. If mixure seems too thick, add in one tsp. of water.
