Receta Tomato And Cheese Tart

Ingredientes
- 1 sht Puff pastry
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Butter melted
- 2 c. Peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes (tomato concasse)
- 1 c. Parmesan or possibly Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Minced oregano
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out puff pastry to fit inside a 10-inch shallow tart pan. Crimp edges and thoroughly prick bottom of shell with a fork.
- In a small bowl lightly beat Large eggs, add in cream and mix well. Add in remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste.
- Pour into tart shell and bake for 45 min to 1 hour, or possibly till hard.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
