- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. worchershire
- 1/2 c. sake
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. mirin
Direcciones
- Put all above ingredients in stainless steel sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally. Reduce to a simmer for 25 to 30 min skimming any foam which rises to the top. Refrigerateand chill. Good for 4 to 6 weeks.
