Ingredientes
- 1 x Sesame seed hamburger bun
- 1/8 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1 tsp Catsup
- 2 med Onion rings,minced
- 3 x Dill pickle slices
- 1/4 c. Minced lettuce
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 slc American cheese
- 2 x Tomato slices
- 1/4 lb Grnd beef
- 1 dsh Salt
Direcciones
- Lightly brown both halves of the hamburger bun, face down, in a warm pan.
- Set aside; keep the pan warm. Build the cold side of the sandwich in the following stacking order from the bottom up: bottom bun, mustard, catsup, minced onion, pickle slices, minced lettuce, mayonnaise, American cheese slice, tomato slices.
- With you r hands, form the grnd beef into a thin patty slightly larger in diameter than the bun. Cook the patty in the warm pan for 2-3 min per side. Salt lightlyBuild the warm side in the following stacking order from the bottom up: top bun, beef patty.
- When you are ready to eat, slap the cold side and the warm side together.
- Note: 5 years after this sandwichwas introduced, it was dropped by McDonald's and replaced with the McLean Deluxe.
