Receta Tortellini With White Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. grated romano cheese
- 3 ounce prosciutto, (Italian ham), dic
- 8 ounce spinach tortellini
- 2 x cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounce cheese tortellini
- 1/2 c. fresh or possibly frzn peas
- Â Â minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Heat the butter in a large skillet. Add in mushrooms, garlic and prosciutto.
- Sauteefor 2 to 3 min. Add in peas, cream and cheese. Cook till sauce thickens. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain. Add in tortellini to sauce. Toss till well coated. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
