Receta Town House Cracker Chicken Casserole

Ingredientes
- 4 chicken breasts or possibly 1 chicken cut in chunks
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tubes Town House crackers, crushed
- 1 T poppy seeds
- 1/2 c. chicken broth/stock
Direcciones
- Boil chicken, debone and cut in bite-size pcs. Set aside and spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish with pan.1st Layer: Heat 1 stick butter. Add in poppy seed and Town House crackers. Place 1/2 of cracker mix in baking dish, saving the rest for the top layer.
- 2nd Layer: Mix the chicken with the soup, lowfat sour cream, chicken broth/stock and 1/2 stick butter. Place on 1st layer.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cracker mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees till golden, approximately 35-45 min. (This can be made in advance and chill till ready to bake.)
