Receta Trees In A Broccoli Forest

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. Light lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Spicy brown mustard
- 2 x Carrots
- 3 c. Broccoli florettes
- 4 x Cherry tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. Parsley leaves
Direcciones
- To prepare dipping sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Hold carrots against cutting board and trim off ends. Cut each in half, crosswise, then length wise to make 4 pcs.
- Arrange each plate by putting two carrot pcs side-by-side in the center. Arrange broccoli around the tops of the carrots (tree-trunks) forming a leaf-like cluster. Arrange tomatoes at the tops of the plates. Spoon dip around the base of the carrot trunks and sprinkle with the parsley.
