  • 6 x toblespoons extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced parsley

  1. Trifolare is a way of cooking in Itay that involves sauteing with the addition of parsley.
