Receta Tuna And Olive Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce pasta, elbows
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, fresh or possibly marinated
- 1 c. olives, black, pitted
- 6 lrg scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. parsley, fresh, minced
- Â Â tuna, 6 1/2 ounce cans, in water, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. wine, white
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil, virgin
- 1 Tbsp. mustard, mild prepared
- 2 tsp oregano, dry
- 2 tsp thyme, dry
- 2 Tbsp. garlic, finely minced
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse in cool water and drain well. Place macaroni, olives, tuna and parsley in a large bowl and toss well.
- Put the rest of the ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour over pasta and gently mix well to coat all ingredients.
- Chill for 2 hrs before serving.
