Receta Tuna Fish And Egg Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 sliced hard cooked Large eggs
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 4 tbsp. flour
Direcciones
- Drain oil from tuna fish. Flake fish and add in lemon juice. Arrange fish, Large eggs and peas in alternate layers in greased casserole.
- Heat butter in double boiler. Add in flour and blend. Add in lowfat milk, seasoning and cheese and cook till thick. Pour over casserole mix and top with bread crumbs to that tuna oil has been added. Bake in moderate warm oven, 375 degrees, for about 30 min or possibly till crumbs are brown. 6 portions.
