Receta Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 1/2 c. (6 slices) soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 lbs. grnd turkey
- 2 beef bouillon cubes (low sodium)
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar-Swiss cheese combination
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
Direcciones
- Beat egg lightly in large bowl. Add in ketchup, mustard, basil, thyme, and pepper and mix thoroughly. Add in bread crumbs. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water and add in to mix. Let cold. Stir in cheese, celery, and onion. Break up grnd turkey and add in to bowl. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into loaf and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
