Receta Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. light cream
- 3-4 c. cut up cooked turkey
- 1 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; optional
Direcciones
- Cook and stir onion in butter in large saucepan till tender. Blend in baking mix, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring till mix is bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Chicken broth can be made by dissolving 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 2 c. boiling water or possibly use canned chicken broth.
- Pour filling into ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2. Keep warm in oven while preparing topping.
