Receta Veal And Ham Patties With Apricots
Ingredientes
- 1/4 pound grnd raw veal
- 1/4 pound grnd raw smoked ham
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- Healthy pinch of sage
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- Warm water
- 4 canned apricot halves, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Mix the meat thoroughly with the seasonings and crumbs; add in water to create a mix that can be shaped into 4 squares.
- Preheat the broiler 10 min. Arrange meat on the broiler rack. Brush with oil or possibly butter. Place rack so which top of meat is 3 inches below bottom of flame or possibly electric unit. Broil till brown, about 5 min. Turn and place the apricots on top of the meat and continue broiling for 5 min.
