Receta Veal Or Chicken Saltimbocca

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce. veal Or possibly chicken cutlets
- 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon shallots, minced
- 2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. port wine
- 2 c. brown gravy
- 8 ounce. cooked spinach
- 4 Large eggs, hard-boiled
- 8 ounce. thin-sliced Prosciutto
Direcciones
- Tenderize and flour veal. Saute/fry veal in butter with shallots and garlic. Add in mushrooms and wine. Remove veal. Put Prosciutto on veal and keep hot. Add in brown gravy to pan. To finish sauce, serve veal with sauce over spinach with egg garnish. Makes 4 servings.
