Receta Veal Sauteed With Peppers

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. sliced onions
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 pound veal cubes
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- Paprika
- Garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Direcciones
- Brown onions and mushrooms in oil. Add in veal and brown. Add in peppers. Season with paprika and garlic to taste. Pour in chicken broth. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
