Receta Veal Scallopini Piccata

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. veal fillet
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- Juice of 1 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 c. parsley, freshly minced
Direcciones
- Cut veal into 1/2 inch slices and lb. very thin. Dip the slices into flour. Place butter in large skillet and heat. Add in veal and brown on both sides over high heat. Add in salt and pepper and cook for 5 min. Add in lemon juice and parsley and cook for 1 minute. Stir well. Arrange on warm plate and spoon sauce over veal. Serve with a green vegetable. Serves 4.
